Draft for the pilot. Last updated October 9, 2026. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; it will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

Who we are

OneJump is coaching software for personal trainers and online coaches (“coaches”) and the people they coach (“clients”). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Coaches: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), business details, and the content you create (programs, notes, messages).
  • Clients: name, email, and what you log in the app: workouts, check-ins (weight, sleep, energy, soreness, notes), measurements, progress photos, food logs and meal photos, daily habits, and messages and voice notes with your coach.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch OneJump’s servers.
  • Technical: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

How we use it

  • To run the service for your coach and you.
  • To produce Assist suggestions for your coach. Assist receives only what each task needs (for example first name, goal and logged numbers) and never emails, phone numbers or payment details.
  • We never sell data, never show ads, and never contact, market to or recruit a coach’s clients.

Voice

  • Dictation (the 🎤 button in text boxes) uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition. Some browsers, including Chrome and Safari, send that audio to their own servers (Google or Apple) to turn it into text. OneJump only receives the text you choose to send.
  • Talk to Assist (coaches) records only while you hold the conversation open and tap to talk. The audio is turned into text by our speech provider and then deleted; we keep the text.
  • Voice notes are kept so your coach (or client) can play them, with a written transcript. They’re private files, deleted with the conversation or the account.
  • Nothing ever records in the background.

Who can see what

  • A coach sees only their own business’s data. Clients see only their own data.
  • Progress photos and meal photos are private files behind links that expire after five minutes. Location data is removed from meal photos before they’re uploaded.
  • Some coaches choose to hide calorie and macro numbers from a client; the app then doesn’t send those numbers to that client at all.
  • Notes that suggest someone is struggling with food or may be at risk are shown only to the coach.
  • OneJump staff see totals for support and billing, not client details, unless a coach asks for help; that access is logged.

Service providers

DigitalOcean (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (photo and voice note storage), Anthropic or OpenAI (AI drafts and meal photo analysis, with the minimal data described above), Deepgram (speech to text for Talk to Assist and voice notes), and public food databases (USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts), which receive only the food or barcode you search for.

Your choices

Clients can export their data from the app (Me → Export my data) and ask their coach to delete their account. Coaches can export all business data from Settings and delete clients. Deleting a coach workspace removes its data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention.

Health information

OneJump is not a medical service and doesn’t diagnose. If a check-in mentions pain, injury or a medical condition, the coach is alerted and the suggested reply recommends a qualified professional.
