Terms of service
Draft for the pilot. Last updated October 7, 2026. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; it will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.
The service
OneJump provides software for coaches to program training, communicate with clients, collect payments and get AI-drafted suggestions (“Assist”). Coaches stay responsible for the coaching they provide and for every message they send, including ones that started as Assist drafts.
Accounts
Keep your password safe and turn on two-step login. You’re responsible for activity in your account. Coaches must have permission to add clients and their information.
Plans and billing
New workspaces get a 14-day Pro trial without a card. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period. Client payments go to the coach’s own Stripe account and OneJump takes no cut.
Acceptable use
Don’t use OneJump to send spam, harass anyone, give medical diagnoses, or upload content you don’t have rights to. Don’t try to access other businesses’ data.
AI suggestions
Assist suggestions can be wrong. They’re drafts for a coach to review, not professional, medical or legal advice.
Your data
Coaches own their business data and clients own their personal data. See the privacy policy for details. You can export your data at any time.
Changes and contact
We’ll email coaches about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
